How to Actually Create Affirmations That Actually Work:

  1. Make it Personal: Use I statements that speak to who you are becoming.
     Example: “I am becoming stronger, clearer, and more confident every day.”
  2. Keep it Present Tense: Speak it like it’s already happening.
     Not “I will be” or “Someday I’ll…” that’s too fuzzy. Say it like you mean it.
  3. Anchor it Daily: Tie it to a habit you already have, like brushing your teeth, walking, or making your morning tea.
